How to Help for Tuesday

1) Come to school with your Chromebooks ready to go. We have limited chargers and limited outlets.
2) Supplies that students may not have and may need that we don’t have yet: 1” binders, colored pencils, markers, glue sticks (these seem like a simple order, but changing our address for deliveries has been way more difficult than you might expect).
3) Patience. There will be bumps, we will do our best to smooth them out.
4) Gratitude. If your students would take time to write a teacher or staff member a note of thanks that would make their day. Please don’t forget our custodial staff they have been amazing. If you bring them to the office I’ll deliver.

Busing:  

1. If your student currently rides a bus to Eastmont, their busing will not change.   They will be picked up at their regular bus stop. 
2. If your student needs a ride to Crescent View and doesn’t currently ride a bus, the pick-up and drop off will be the Eastmont Top Parking Lot.  Students will need to be at the Eastmont top lot by 7:30. They will depart Eastmont by 7:35.  Students will be leaving Crescent View for the return to Eastmont after school.   There will not be assigned buses for these students, they are just to fill the first bus and when it is full, they will leave and we will fill the next bus.  
3. If you are dropping or picking up students at Eastmont for the bus, we ask that you drop off either at the library or in the bottom lot.  The buses cannot maneuver in the top lot if there are additional cars.

Dropping off and picking up students at Eastmont:

1. The address of Crescent View is 11150 South 300 East.  It can also be looked up as 11150 South Vista Way.  
2. When driving West on 11000 South, you cannot turn left onto Vista Drive.

Students’ classes when we return:

1. We will begin a new semester when we return.  
2. Some students will have changes in their schedule.  
3. We are currently updating Skyward with teacher classrooms for the Crescent View building.
4. We will have copies of student schedules pre-printed in the main office should your student need one on the 17th.  
5. I am attaching a map and list of classrooms to help students orient themselves to the building.
6. We will be working on the same bell schedule Monday through Friday as we had at Eastmont.
