3. Review of TSSP Goals and Expenditures for 24-25
   1. Emailed to SCC Members prior to meeting
   2. Consistency of goals, expenditures had to change due to lower funding.  We reduced hours for para-educators and paid supplies from school budgets instead of TSSA and LT.  
4. Review of SCC Bylaws
   1. Emailed to SCC Members
   2. Reviewed and accepted as stands

5. SCC Training Dates    

September 18, 2024:        

• 9 a.m. – 9:45 Basic SCC Training for new members and those wanting a refresher
• 10-11:30 a.m.: General SCC Training for all members

October 3, 2024:

• 1-2:30 p.m. General SCC Training for all members
• 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. Basic SCC Training for new members and those wanting a refresher
• 6:30 – 8 p.m. General SCC Training for all members

October 8, 2024:

• 10 – 11:30 a.m. General SCC Training for all members
• 6 – 7:30 p.m. General SCC Training for all members

*all of the above trainings will be in the Canyons Center at the District office, 9361 S. 300 East, Sandy

6. Discussion about School Safety Plan and Digital Citizenship
   1. Think and ask about ideas for upcoming planning
7. Counseling Advisory Committee
   1. Discussion:
      1. Rise in self harm
      2. Rise in suicidality/sucicide ideation
      3. Changed heath classes to first semester
      4. SAFE- UT App
      5. Going into classrooms to talk to students
      6. Share out mental health screening information
      7. Is Hope Squad an option?
      8. How can we get information to parents?
8. SCC Dates:
   1. October 23, 2024- moved from the 16th because it is fall break
   2. November 20, 2024
   3. January 15, 2025
   4. February 19, 2025
   5. March 19, 2025
   6. April 16, 2025
