  8. Cell Tower Expenditures 
    1. Discussion:  our school currently does not have a cell tower, but the district divides some of those schools who do, and shares their funds.  With the changes in fees, there isn’t a lot of funding for paying teachers to do things out of their contract, to do things to boost teacher and staff morale.
    2. Proposal:  To use the funding from the cell tower money to pay teachers for supervision of after school activities, and to increase staff morale.
