    • Our bell schedule will change-TA will be first period on Mondays and Tuesdays and then we will extend the time for our classes Wednesday-Fridays. We also think this will be grade for our tardy students who are missing instructional time.
    • We also reached out to the elementary schools so we know the incoming students who will need be enrolled.
    • We will provide group incentives to increase attendance and reduce tardies.
  • School beautification project –
    • Lockers have been painted blue with a few red.
    • On the 1st floor Ms. Davis is going to include inspirational quotes to liven up the hallways.
    • Leon Wilcox offered to have the painters paint the lockers and also has given us money to buy some graphics that include our logo to update our front entry, the gym and auditorium, columns and stairwells.
