Agenda:

1. Approve minutes from last meeting
   1. Ms. Morrison motioned to approve the minutes
   2. Ms. Higgs seconded the motion
   3. Approved 
2. Update on construction
   1. Roof bid is approved and will begin this summer 
3. STEM Ideas
   1. Only STEM school in Canyons District
   2. Idea is to name stairwells after Career Clusters
      1. This supports our STEM designation and AVID National Demonstration School 
4. Identify which positions need to be filled next year.
   1. The following wish to continue next year:
      1. Hallie Wilkins
      2. Whitney Rasmussen
      3. Ashley Higgs 
5. Determine if a May meeting is necessary
   1. Ms. Morrison motioned to cancel May’s meeting.
   2. Approved by all members
6. Big Shout Out to Ms. Davis as the middle school teacher of the year.  
7. Counseling Advisory Committee.
   1. Students are excited for summer in a variety of ways (i.e. more drama, horseplay, etc.) 
   2. Working on master schedule
      1. People are seeking to work at Eastmont 
8. Ms. Higgs motioned to end the meeting.  Ms. Rasmussen seconded.
   1. Committee approved.
