About the PTSA

The PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) at Eastmont Middle School works hard to bring wonderful events and activities to our community throughout the year. Book Fair, Parent Teacher Conference dinners for the staff/teachers (an extra long day for them!), dances/parties (Halloween and Valentine’s), Appreciation Week, monthly Student Board meetings as well as Patriot Press (yearbook) are all sponsored by the PTSA. You can support the work of the PTSA by becoming a member for only $7. Students are able to join once they’re in secondary (middle and high) school as well. That’s what puts the “S” in it! 

By joining our membership, you support the largest and oldest child advocacy association in Utah as well as in America! PTAs provide the forum and tools to collectively influence the decisions that affect children not only at their schools, but also throughout their districts, within their states, and across the nation. (Utah has the largest PTA representation on the Hill, so our voice is heard because of our numbers!) Every membership adds to the number of people who support the PTA’s mission: Every Child. One Voice.

Our PTSA Board is full of hard-working, creative, and fun individuals. If you would like to join us, just contact anyone on the Board! As a PTSA, we are committed alongside our school and district personnel, to maintaining a friendly and welcoming school culture for our students as well as creating wonderful experiences for our Eastmont Patriots!
