Agenda Items:

1. Approval of minutes from the last meeting.
   1. Stephanie Davis motioned to approve the last meeting’s minutes and Isaac Zeigler seconded the motion.
   2. All in favor
2. Update on meeting with the architects
   1. Stacy has been meeting with the crew who will be replacing our roof.
   2. The bid has been approved and it will go to the Board next week for final approval.  
   3. Work to begin May 31st.
3. Final approval of TSSA and Land Trust Spending
   1. Isaac Zeigler approved the TSSA and Land Trust Plan and Jamison Morrison seconded the motion.
   2. All in favor
4. Counseling Advisory Committee
   1. Canyons received a grant to upgrade our Zen Zone. The counselors have ordered a lot of items to enhance our Zen Zone.
   2. Students have been using it and it appears students are leaving the Zen Zone a lot calmer.
