Background: Mrs. Moss is an avid reader, world traveler, and an online recipe enthusiast. She was born and raised in Provo, Utah. Mrs. Moss and her husband love the ocean, because of this they decided to make the ocean a part of their home by having two pet clownfish, Lucy and Norman.
Education: Mrs. Moss has a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University. She majored in Social Science Teaching with a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL). Mrs. Moss is also endorsed to teach Digital Literacy and other middle school business classes through her Business & Marketing 6-8 Endorsement.
Experience: Mrs. Moss is starting her teaching career last year at Eastmont Middle School. Prior to coming to Eastmont she taught 9th Grade World History and Geography, and was a Yearbook Advisor. She also has trained new teachers on how to utilize technology in the classroom, prepare students to use historical thinking, and design curriculum.
Hobbies and Special Interests: Mrs. Moss enjoys reading, her favorite childhood author is Dr. Seuss. She loves hiking and has hiked in every National Park in Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. Most recently she hiked in Arches National Park to see Delicate Arch. She also loves to travel and has been to twenty-five different countries. In her spare time her hobbies also include photography, learning new technology, running, and reading historical novels!
